Knitting: An americana fuzzy scarf for my 12 year old friend, stuffed into a cotton knit purse about the size of a Christmas ball ornament.

Yarns: Oodles and oodles of yummy yarns to test my dyeing prowess on.

Pictures: not possible right now because BOTH of our cameras decided that they don't like working for us. We will be picking a new one up sometime this week so that we can properly keep record of dh's half marathon in Ottawa this weekend.

Funny things kids say: ds to dh "Daddy, what is Batman's superpower? Superman is strong and can fly, Spiderman can climb and has sticky hands. What does Batman do?" So soon an idol of his loses his magic.

Milestones: Kindergarten registration and screening happen this week. DS is so shy with strangers that we are already prepared to hear them say "not ready" and to go against it. He may just surprise us all, though. He really really really wants to go to kindergarten. How fast time flies!

Fertility: I have an appt this week with a gyn to start that infertility help ball rolling again. We are also really need to explore our adoption options NOW because dh is here.
